Dignity Memorial

When Service Corporation International (NYSE: SCI) determined it was time to start a massive website upgrade project, including building 1,400 microsites, they selected Tuesday Creative to drive the process beginning by creating a deep definition study and ending with the launch of Dignity Memorial powered by Interwoven TeamSite.  Our project management, design and development teams collaborated with SCI to produce a content rich resource of relevant and respectful information about very sensitive subject matter. SCI is North America’s largest provider of funeral and cemetery services.

Ektron CMS400.NET and OneWest Bank

Whether you have a massive news website or a personal blog, it is critical that new content is frequently added to keep your site fresh, relevant and at the top of search indexes. Unless you have a small army of developers standing by, the most efficient way to keep sites current is to use one of the many Content Management Systems that are available. When it came to the OneWest Bank redesign, we worked within their Ektron CMS400.NET platform to rapidly translate wireframes and designs into functional, easy-to-update templates. A key advantage of Ektron was that it fit nicely into our existing design and development process, allowing us to quickly adapt to the platform and focus on design, not technology. Even better, the way it handled HTML and CSS made it possible to execute many layouts directly in Ektron which allowed for a faster production cycle. Once the site was complete, we handed the keys over to OneWest and their marketing team was able to immediately take control of the site and update its content in real time.

OneWest Bank recently partnered with our team to completely redesign their website to support their focus on service and personal banking. Early on, it became clear that their site needed to stand apart from other bank sites, shying away from a “land of links” home page and countless pages of scrolling text. OneWest wanted a site that would welcome new and returning customers to an environment that positively reflected their service orientation while also capturing the essence of their Southern California heritage. Together, we created a site that is true to their brand, safe & secure, easy to navigate and SEO friendly. Click on over to OneWest Bank today, give it a test drive, and open an account while you’re there!.

The other day I learned that PANTONE recently released their own iPhone app called myPantone™. I was ecstatic! To have all the fans in digital format sounded amazing. I had to get this app. So I threw down my $9.99 without hesitation and didn’t look back. (author’s note: I’ve never bought an app for more than $4.99 so that’s saying something right there.)
